This was a Landlord Cat A refurbishment of a dated 5500sq ft 3 storey office building. The existing fitout was stripped out, along with all core areas including the entrance frontage.
CIP installed new ducted airconditioning, suspended ceilings, LED lighting and flooring. All toilets were stripped out and refitted with new tiling, duct panels and sanitaryware, led lighting and flooring. The entrance was stripped out and replaced with glass sliding doors, porcelain floors and stainless steel balustrading.
Full scaffolding was installed to access the windows which were repaired and refurbished.
