  • Once a building has been selected, we guide our clients through a series of design options, working in partnership to ensure that the business needs, culture and future occupancy requirements are fully incorporated.

Building Control liaison to ensure the design complies with all current standards and requirements.

A detailed specification with costs is produced, together with a programme of works

Once approved and signed off:

  • Our Construction team will manage the delivery of the project through the construction phase to an agreed works programme which will be monitored and reviewed on a day-by-day basis, ensuring that the predetermined time parameters for the completion of the project are achieved.
  • Project & Site Management ensures you have one point of contact and all Health & Safety/CDM, M & E co ordination  issues are dealt with.
  • Certifications and O & M Manuals produced on completion.
