Southern Cross, Basingstoke
CIP were brought in to carry out a refurbishment of this 3000m2 premises that had sat vacant for a year. Works included replacement lighting with new LED type, air conditioning modifications, new boilers, flooring and decorations. The Toilets were refurbished using a new cladding system, replicating tiles, over existing tiles, plus all new sanitaryware, vanity units and duct panels. The marble Reception was plastered and clad with replica Sandstone blocks.
The Building was let within a few weeks of project completion.
