Petrossian, an international specialist of caviar since 1920, entrusted the design & build of its new UK operation in Chessington, Surrey, to CIP in June 2021. Due to lease issues, the fit out was delayed until September, which also had the impact of reducing the project period to just 7 weeks, from a projected 10weeks. With a mezzanine floor, cold rooms and freezers, offices, meeting room and kitchen all installed into an empty warehouse, it was a tall order.
However, with expert planning, extended working hours and offsetting material lead times, CIP delivered the building, fully certified for Petrossian to move into the building in October.
